Rule 11
Management and operation of the fund
: (1) The amount of the fund will be deposited by the committee by opening an account in Nepal Rastra Bank or any other commercial bank within Nepal.
(2) The account under sub-rule (1) shall be operated by the joint signature of the chief administrative officer of the committee and the accounting officer or accountant assigned to the secretariat of the fund.
